90kg Dumbbell Repetitions
Athletes will battle for maximum reps overhead with a massive circus dumbbell.
Bag Toss
Six bags ranging from 20kg to 30kg will be thrown over the bar in a race against the clock.
Frame Carry
Approximately 300kg carried for maximum distance, demanding strength, speed, and grip endurance.
Atlas Stones
A classic strongman finale featuring stones weighing:
• 120kg
• 140kg
• 160kg
• 180kg
• 200kg
